TBED Ltd has officially launched the E.S. Kigoma construction project with a successful site kick-off meeting held this week in ES Kigoma.

The meeting brought together the District Engineers, the TBED Civil Engineering Team, and the Consultant Team to review the project design, assess site progress, and agree on the structural implementation plan. This collaborative engagement marked the official start of construction activities and reflected the shared commitment to quality, teamwork, and efficient project delivery.

During the site visit, the teams evaluated the site layout, confirmed construction readiness, and discussed approaches to ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with engineering standards. A strong emphasis was placed on partnership and clear communication throughout the project’s duration, reinforcing TBED’s values of transparency, technical excellence, and reliability.
